Professor Sandra Nicholson is the Founding Dean of Three Counties Medical School at the University of Worcester. With over 25 years as a GP in high-deprivation areas, she holds an MB ChB (Leicester, 1988), MRCGP (1993), MSc Medical Education (2001), and PhD (2013).
Her research specializes in equitable medical education and workforce diversity. She pioneered the UK Clinical Aptitude Test and leads international healthcare selection research networks.
