Prof. Sandra Krtalić is a full-time Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Tourism 'Dr. Mijo Mirković' of Jurja Dobrila University in Pula, Croatia. She holds a PhD from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb (2001) and a master's degree (1997) from the same institution. Her research focuses on public finance, public sector economics, and international taxation.

Her work includes over 100 scientific papers, reviews, and contributions to domestic and international projects. She has managed numerous scientific projects and contributed to policy development, including membership in the 2019 Presidential Working Group on fiscal decentralization. Her teaching spans undergraduate and graduate courses in public finance and economics.
