Sandra Kostner

Dr. Sandra Kostner is a Professor at Pädagogische Hochschule Schwäbisch Gmünd, where she serves as Managing Director of the Master's program 'Migration, Diversity and Participation' and as Diversity Officer. Her academic career spans German and Australian institutions, with significant contributions to migration studies, diversity research, and integration policy.

Her research focuses on migration, integration, and diversity processes from political science, sociological, and historical perspectives. She examines migration-related diversity in political theory and institutional practice, with comparative work on Germany, Australia, and Great Britain.
