Sandra J. Taler

Dr. Sandra J. Taler is a distinguished Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, specializing in hypertension and nephrology within the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Nephrology & Hypertension. With over 35 years of clinical and academic experience since completing her medical training in 1983, she serves as an Attending Physician in Hypertension Residency Training and holds leadership positions including Co-Chair of the Complex Donor Committee at the Mayo Clinic Transplant Center.

Dr. Taler's research focuses on hypertension management, particularly resistant hypertension, secondary hypertension, and hypertension in transplant patients.
