Sandra Heras Mena is an Associate Professor in the Biology Department at the University of Girona, specializing in Genetics. She is affiliated with the consolidated research group Laboratori d'Ictiologia Genètica (LIG) and focuses on molecular phylogeny of marine organisms, taxonomy, and fisheries management.
