Sandra Fernández Pastor

Sandra Fernández Pastor is an Associate Professor at CEU-Cardenal Herrera University, affiliated with the Department of Animal Production and Health, Veterinary Public Health, and Food Science and Technology (PASAPTA). She holds dual degrees in Veterinary Medicine (2005) and Food Science and Technology (2009). Her research focuses on antimicrobial properties of human milk and food safety, particularly in neonatal contexts.
