Sandra Brito Pereira

Sandra Brito Pereira is a Lecturer in Talent Development at Nova School of Business and Economics (NovaSBE), Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada, an MBA from Nova School of Business and Economics, and a Law degree from Universidade de Lisboa. Her professional career spans over 20 years in academia, law, and executive roles. She has served as Human Resources Director at Banco Montepio since 2019, previously working in leadership positions at Grupo Jerónimo Martins, Carris, and Invesfer. Her expertise includes organizational development, talent management, leadership programs, and labor law.

Dr. Pereira has held government roles, including Head of Office for the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs and the Minister of the Presidency. Her academic contributions focus on management disciplines and law, complemented by certifications such as the Advanced Management Program (Kellogg School of Management), Organization Learning in Action (IMD), and Coaching Certification (International Coaching Community).
