Sanaa Noman is a part-time Senior Lecturer Practitioner in the School of Allied Health and Social Care within the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), concurrently serving as a UK-trained Physician Associate specializing in Emergency Medicine at Broomfield Hospital.
Her educational qualifications include:
- BSc in Medical Genetics from Queen Mary University of London
- MSc in Physician Associate Studies from St George’s University of London
- Certification in Advanced Life Support
Her research and professional focus centers on national quality improvement projects within Emergency Medicine, with particular emphasis on developing communication skills as a critical component for both Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) and effective patient care delivery. This clinical-academic integration informs her teaching methodology across the Physician Associate curriculum.
As a Practice Educator, she provides hands-on mentorship to second-year Physician Associate students during clinical placements at Broomfield Hospital, leveraging her recent transition from student to practitioner to deliver relevant, practical guidance. Her teaching portfolio encompasses lectures, clinical skills sessions, student assessment, and OSCE examination.
