Samuel Stolper is an Assistant Professor at the School for Environment and Sustainability and the Program in the Environment (PitE) at the University of Michigan. His work focuses on environmental economics, energy policy, and sustainable transportation, with an emphasis on leveraging machine learning for policy analysis and addressing systemic environmental inequities.
His research explores topics such as energy tax pass-through mechanisms, vehicle decarbonization strategies, and the socio-economic impacts of environmental policies.
