Samuel McNeill, Ph.D., P.E., is an Extension Professor in the Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering Department at the University of Kentucky's Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. His work focuses on engineering solutions for grain production, post-harvest processing, and precision agriculture. He has conducted fieldwork in Nigeria and Ghana to apply his expertise in grain storage systems and agricultural extension programs.
