Samuel Bell serves as an Assistant Professor (Senior Research) and Director of the Sustainability Degree Program within the Department of Applied Economics at Oregon State University. Based at Ballard Extension Hall on the main campus in Corvallis, Oregon, he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses including Microeconomic Theory (AEC 512), Program Evaluation (AEC 455/555), and Environmental Economics and Policy (AEC 352).
