Samson Shatashvili is a Professor and holds the University Chair of Natural Philosophy (1847) at the School of Mathematics, Trinity College Dublin. His primary research interest is in String Theory, a field intersecting theoretical physics and mathematics. He is affiliated with the Hamilton Mathematics Institute.
