Samantha Kleinberg is the Farber Chair Professor of Computer Science at Stevens Institute of Technology, specializing in causality, health informatics, and AI. She directs the Health and AI Lab, focusing on improving healthcare through AI methods that incorporate causal reasoning from time-series data. Key applications include diabetes management and stroke prediction.
Research Focus: Her lab develops AI methods to understand causal relationships in health data, using wearable sensors and clinical data to support medical decision-making. Current projects include predicting glycemic responses and food intake monitoring.
