Samantha Acuña is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Politics at Occidental University. She joined the faculty in 2024 after completing her academic training at the University of Redlands (B.A.) and the University of California, Los Angeles (Ph.D.).

Research Interests: Samantha's work focuses on constitutional law, immigration policy, judicial behavior, and gender-based violence. Her research bridges legal studies with broader political dynamics, emphasizing equity and justice in policy frameworks.
