Dr. Saman A. Gorji is a Senior Lecturer in Electrical & Renewable Energy Engineering at Deakin University's School of Engineering. His work focuses on advancing renewable energy systems, particularly in DC microgrids, green hydrogen, and power electronics. He holds a PhD from Swinburne University of Technology and has held visiting roles at Queensland University of Technology and as a CSIRO International Hydrogen Research Fellow. His research emphasizes translating R&D into practical solutions, such as integrating renewable energy microgrids and green hydrogen technologies.
Research Interests: Power Electronics, Green Hydrogen Production, DC Microgrid Control, Energy Storage Systems, and Smart Grid Technologies.
