Salvatore Vicari is a Full Professor of Technology and Innovation Management at Bocconi University. He currently serves as President of the Committee of Community & Social Engagement. Previously, he held leadership roles including Head of the Department of Management and Technology, Vice-Rector for Economic Relations, Director of the Degree Program in Business Administration, and Director of the PhD program in Business Administration. He has also led the Marketing Department at SDA Bocconi.
- Research interests: Managerial theory of the firm, cognitive systems, creativity and innovation management, AI applications to business.
- Teaching: Courses such as Technology and Operations, technology and innovation management, and new market creation strategies.
Dr. Vicari has served as an independent board member for multiple Italian companies and has extensive experience in academic administration and economic relations. His work bridges theoretical managerial frameworks with practical innovation strategies, particularly leveraging AI in business contexts.
