Dr. Sally Richardson is Associate Professor in Simulated Learning and Clinical Skills at Kingston University, leading curriculum development for nursing programs. She holds an MA in Academic Practice and BSc in Nursing from King's College London, along with a Diploma in Children's Nursing from Royal Berkshire College.
Her research explores innovative educational approaches including peer facilitation schemes, interprofessional learning with pharmacy programs, and integration of performing arts into clinical training. She collaborates with institutions like Guildhall School of Music & Drama to develop arts-based healthcare education methodologies.
With clinical background in pediatric nursing and school nursing, she previously directed the Chantler Simulation Centre at KCL and led clinical skills programs for medical undergraduates.
