Dr. Sally Hewat is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Newcastle, School of Health Sciences. She specializes in stuttering treatment and has pioneered the development of speech therapy in Vietnam through collaborations with the Trinh Foundation Australia and University of Pham Ngoc Thach. Her work includes creating the Lidcombe Program for Vietnamese children and training the first cohort of Vietnamese speech therapists.
