Salar Ghamat

Salar Ghamat is an Associate Professor in Operations and Decision Sciences at Wilfrid Laurier University's Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, where he holds the Canada Research Chair in Business Analytics in Supply Chain. His research focuses on developing analytical frameworks for supply chain optimization, healthcare operations, and incentive design.

Research interests include network coordination in multi-agent systems, game-theoretic approaches to capacity allocation, and behavioral interventions in clinical decision-making. His work frequently examines how information asymmetry affects operational efficiency across manufacturing and service industries.
