Salaheldin Hamad is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business, part of Lancaster University's Management School. His work focuses on advancing sustainable business practices through research and collaboration.

Salaheldin's research interests center on integrated reporting, sustainability accounting, ESG disclosures, SDGs performance, and corporate governance. His work emphasizes transparency and accountability in corporate sustainability frameworks.
Recent publications address intersections of ESG risk management and green growth strategies, with contributions to high-impact journals like Sustainability Accounting, Management, and Policy Journal. He actively participates in international conferences and collaborative research initiatives.
Current projects include the SeaBOS (Seafood Business for Ocean Stewardship) research endeavor (2023–2024), focusing on sustainable ocean governance. He also teaches AC.F100 Introduction to Accounting and Finance.
