Sait Bayrakdar is a Researcher at the School of Education, Communication & Society. His work focuses on social stratification, youth transitions, and ethnicity, with particular emphasis on migrant families in Europe and Turkey. He has conducted extensive research on educational outcomes across generations, housing transitions of young adults in Britain, and labor market integration in England. Currently collaborating with Professor Sharon Gewirtz, he explores equitable post-school transitions for migrant youth. His research contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to education and social justice.
