Sadudin Ibraimi is Full Professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, South East European University, with a focus on entrepreneurship, management, and innovation. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, an MBA in Management from Ankara University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Erciyes University.

His research spans entrepreneurship (female-owned enterprises, green entrepreneurship), leadership (democratic leadership, organizational learning), innovation, and technology management. He investigates the role of personal wealth in entrepreneurial performance, sustainability in Balkan firms, and the impact of CRM on customer satisfaction. Recent work explores knowledge spillovers and Islamic finance.
Articles highlight entrepreneurship (6/15), innovation (3/15), management (3/15), and education (2/15). Key subfields include gender dynamics, sustainable practices, and technology funding in transition economies.
He currently serves as Pro-Rector for Planning and Entrepreneurship and Director of the Business & Innovation Center at South East European University, overseeing TechPark, Business Development, and Community Outreach departments. Previously, he was Vice President of North Macedonia's Higher Education Accreditation Board and held academic roles at AAB University.
