Sachin Goyal

Sachin Goyal is an Associate Professor and Department Vice Chair of Graduate Studies in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Merced. His research focuses on computational dynamics, solid mechanics, and controls. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi. Professor Goyal leads the Goyal Research Group, which explores advanced topics in mechanical systems and controls. He has been recognized with the NSF CAREER Award for his contributions to research and education.
