Sabine Seymour

Sabine Seymour is a technologist, entrepreneur, researcher, and academic at the intersection of data, IoT, and wearable technology. She serves as a guest professor and researcher at Interface Culture, University of Arts in Linz, focusing on ethical data governance and user-centric data sovereignty. Dr. Seymour is also Chief Data Officer at polypoly and Technical Advisor at food allergy startup Alerje, with a career spanning roles at Parsons School of Design, Aalto University, and Eyebeam Art + Technology Center.
