Sabine Kaiser

Sabine Kaiser is a Senior Lecturer at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Ludwigsburg, Faculty of Social and Educational Sciences, Department of Early Childhood Education. She serves as an Academic Staff Member/Teacher for Special Tasks (LfbA) focusing on Leadership, Organizational Development and Management of Early Childhood Educational Institutions.

Her educational background includes a Diploma in Educational Sciences from the University of Würzburg with a focus on adult education. Prior to her academic career, she worked as a course leader in mother recovery programs, served on the board of a family education center and child protection association, and provided social pedagogical group leadership for young mothers in difficult life situations.

Sabine Kaiser's research interests center around early childhood education, inclusive pedagogy, organizational development in educational institutions, social management, and leadership in early childhood settings. Her work particularly focuses on inclusion in daycare centers and the development of inclusive structures in educational environments. She has been actively involved in research projects related to inclusion since 2001, with significant contributions to the IQUA (2002-2007) and IQUAnet (2009-2012) projects.

Her publications demonstrate a consistent focus on inclusive practices in early childhood education settings, with particular attention to ethical perspectives, professional development, and practical implementation challenges. Her work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in daycare centers.
