Sabine Gabrysch

Prof. Dr. Dr. med. Sabine Gabrysch is a renowned physician and epidemiologist with dual affiliations: she holds Germany’s first university professorship in climate change and health at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK). Since 2019, she has also served on the German Advisory Council on Global Change (WBGU). Previously, she was the head of the Unit of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health (HIGH) and its deputy head since 2014.
