Professor Suzan Tabur is affiliated with Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine. She holds a Professor rank and has maintained continuous academic roles since 1998.

Her research focuses on endocrinology, particularly diabetic complications, oxidative stress, metabolic syndrome, and thyroid disorders. Over 15 years, she has published extensively in SCI-indexed journals on topics like thyroid cancer, acromegaly, and autoimmune thyroid diseases.
Her scientific contributions span 25+ peer-reviewed articles and 10 research projects as principal investigator or co-investigator, including national grants from TÜBİTAK and BAP. She has supervised 9 theses and actively participates in the Turkish Endocrinology and Metabolism Association.
