Dr. SIRAÇ YAVUZ is a Lecturer at the Agricultural Application and Research Center in the Department of Animal Science at Bingöl University, Turkey. He holds a PhD in Animal Nutrition (2021) from Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, with extensive international training including Erasmus exchange (Hungary), Spanish language studies (Zaragoza), and internships at International Seafoods of Alaska (USA) and ARPISA feed factory (Spain).

His research focuses on animal nutrition optimization, biomass energy potential, and sustainable livestock practices. Recent work includes studies on in vitro gas production analysis of plant extracts and biogas potential from livestock manure. He has authored/co-authored over 10 peer-reviewed articles and contributed to 6 book chapters, with active involvement in projects like the Bingöl University Modern Beekeeping Complex (BÜMAK).
He serves as a referee for journals including the Journal of Agriculture and Nature and holds editorial roles at International Journal of Animal Science and Technology. Awards include the CIHEAM Grant (2017–2018) and recognition as an Honors Student during his MSc.
Key projects include leading the Production and Development of High Nutritional Value Bee Cakes (Project Manager) and contributing to sustainable rural development strategies in Eastern Anatolia.
