Rym Mouelhi is a PhD candidate and part-time Teaching Associate at Queen Mary University of London's School of Business and Management. Her research focuses on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dynamics in Tunisia, France, and the UK, exploring institutional and ethnographic drivers of CSR practices in developing versus developed economies. She holds a Baccalaureate in experimental science (2011), a Bachelor's degree in accountancy from IHEC Carthage (2014), and an MSc in Management from Queen Mary (2016), where she graduated with distinction in both coursework and dissertation.
Her research aims to analyze how CSR strategies evolve in Tunisia’s politically volatile environment compared to more stable markets like France and the UK. Key interests include institutional change in CSR, legal frameworks impacting corporate governance, and socio-economic implications of CSR policies in the MENA region.
Rym is supervised by Professor Nelarine Cornliéus and Dr. Min Yan. She currently teaches courses including BUS106: Accounting for Business and BUS139: Introduction to Financial Accounting. Professional qualifications include ACCA certification (2017) specializing in UK taxation and financial performance.
