Professor Rylie Green is a faculty member in the Department of Bioengineering at Imperial College London, leading the department since 2016. Her research focuses on developing soft, stretchable bioelectronic materials for improved neural and medical device integration, including living bioelectronics that grow into biological tissues. She holds editorial roles in journals like APL Bioengineering and Biomaterials, and her work has been recognized with awards such as the EPSRC Healthcare Technologies Challenge Award (2018) and the Royal Society for Chemistry Emerging Technologies Award (2018).
