Ryan Skiver

Ryan Skiver is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s College of Business. He holds a Ph.D. (2014), MBA (2007), and dual undergraduate degrees (BA and BBA, 2005) from the University of Toledo. His research focuses on supply chain resilience, business education technology, and globalization’s impact on innovation.

Key service roles include serving on the Graduate Programs Committee (2017–2023) and advising Supply Chain Management students since 2014. He was awarded the Dean's Excellence Award in 2023 for academic contributions.

His publications explore topics like immersive virtual reality in education, modular design for crisis response, and SME competitiveness. Recent work emphasizes leveraging technology to bridge learning gaps in higher education and improving supply chain sustainability.
