Dr Ryan McMullan is a Research Fellow at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation (AIHI) at Macquarie University, affiliated with the Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research. He joined in 2018, focusing on improving hospital staff experience and patient safety through experimental and observational research methods. His work includes evaluating medication safety protocols, analyzing unprofessional workplace behaviors, and assessing health system responses to patient harm.
