Ryan Loy

Ryan Loy serves as an Assistant Professor and Extension Agricultural Economist at the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture, affiliated with the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences and the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness. Since joining in June 2023, he has focused on translating complex financial concepts into practical tools for Arkansas producers through extension services and community engagement.

His educational foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness followed by Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Agricultural Economics, all earned at Oklahoma State University. This training underpins his mission to bridge academic economics with on-farm decision-making.
