Ryan Hamilton is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He holds a PhD in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BSc in Applied Physics from Brigham Young University. Hamilton has also served as a visiting faculty member at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
His research focuses on price image, branding, and behavioral science in customer experience. His work has been featured in top journals and media outlets like Harvard Business Review and The New York Times, while his book The Growth Dilemma (2025) introduces Customer Segment Relationship Management (CSRM) as a framework for brand growth.
