Ryan E Little, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Geisel School of Medicine, Dartmouth College. Board-certified in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery, he practices at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center as New Hampshire's only fellowship-trained Rhinologist/Endoscopic Sinus Surgeon.

Utilizes stereotactic navigation and advanced endoscopic techniques for complex cases including cerebrospinal fluid leaks, pituitary tumors, and thyroid eye disease.
