Dr. Ruth Reynard is an Affiliate Faculty member in the School of Education Professions at the College of Adult and Graduate Studies, specializing in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education. She brings extensive experience in higher education administration, instructional design, and educational technology across online, on-ground, and blended learning environments.

Dr. Reynard has also developed customized ESL/EFL programs for institutions in the United States, Canada, China, and the Middle East, demonstrating her global engagement in language and education reform.
She has held leadership roles in establishing institutional frameworks for teaching excellence and administrative advancement, contributing significantly to faculty support and academic quality assurance.
