Ruth Mannelqvist is Professor of Law at Umeå universitet's Department of Law and serves as Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences. Her research examines legal frameworks in social welfare systems, labour market regulations, and victim rights within judicial processes. She leads research groups focused on Law, Welfare and the Labour Market, Public Private Interaction, and Victims in the Judicial System.
