Russell W. Cyphers

Russell W. Cyphers is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Dental Institute of Midwestern University's College of Dental Medicine-Arizona, based in Glendale. He holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Loma Linda University (1986) and has been a Charter Faculty Member at MWU CDM--Arizona. His research focuses on patient compliance in periodontal disease and self-administered antibiotics for seniors. Teaching responsibilities include directing the Advanced Topics Lecture Series (2015-2018) and patient care instruction since 2011.

Professional experience includes 23 years in private general dentistry practice in Phoenix (1987-2010). He is affiliated with Midwestern University campuses in Glendale and Downers Grove, Illinois.
