Dr. Russell L. Huizing is Professor of Pastoral Ministry at Toccoa Falls College. He holds a Ph.D. from Regent University, M.A. from Liberty University, and B.S. from Nyack College. Huizing teaches courses in preaching, pastoral methods, leadership, and administration.
His research examines the intersection of Christian leadership and follower development, including discipleship frameworks and theological foundations of leadership. Huizing founded and edits the Theology of Leadership Journal and has received multiple awards for teaching and scholarship.

He maintains licensure with the Christian & Missionary Alliance and participates in the International Leadership Association.
