Ruri Proto is a Doctoral Researcher (Work Psychology) affiliated with the University of Sheffield's Management School. Their research investigates how stressors and stress experiences accumulate over time to influence the wellbeing of healthcare workers, with a focus on longitudinal data analysis and open research practices.
