Runyu Bi

Runyu Bi is a part-time lecturer at the Department of Physics & Astronomy within the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh. Their research focuses on precision measurements of top quark properties using data from the ATLAS detector at CERN's Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

• Research: Investigating the polarization of top quarks in t-channel single production to test Standard Model predictions and search for physics beyond the Standard Model.
• Methodology: Utilizing 13 TeV proton-proton collision data with 139 fb⁻¹ integrated luminosity and novel template fit techniques for differential angular distribution analysis.
