Lecturer Rumeysa YÜCE is affiliated with Kastamonu University's Faculty of Theology, Department of Basic Islamic Sciences. She earned her PhD in Turkish Language and Literature from Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University (2020), a Master's in Arabic Language and Literature from Istanbul University (2016-2020), an Associate Degree in Theology from Anadolu University (2013-2016), and a BA in Eastern Languages and Literatures from Istanbul University (2012-2016).

Her research focuses on Arabic language, literature, and rhetoric. She has contributed to academic conferences, including presenting a paper on Ahmed Hâlid Tevfîk's literary significance at the FSMVÜ Arap Dili ve Edebiyatı Araştırmaları Kongresi (2025). She has also served on the organizing committee for the VIII. Uluslararası Şeyh Şa'bân-ı Velî Sempozyumu (2025).
Currently teaching courses like Arapça-1, Arapça Modern Metinler I, and Kıraat at Kastamonu University, her work bridges classical Islamic sciences with modern linguistic analysis. She has received YDS certifications in Arabic (80/100) and English (82/100).
