Dr Ruina Liang is a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences, Queen Mary University of London. She is affiliated with the Centre for Molecular Cell Biology and works within the Dr Aravindan Ilangovan's Research Group. Her research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of DNA processing in bacterial antibiotic resistance gene transfer.
Her work is funded by the BBSRC (Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council).
