Dr. Rui Su is a Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Departmental Research & Knowledge Exchange Lead at the Department of Marketing, Enterprise & Tourism, Middlesex University. Her research focuses on cultural tourism, museology, war study, urban planning, and the intersection of cultural trauma and heritage interpretation. She has secured grants from institutions like The British Academy and AHRC, including projects on immigrant food entrepreneurs and memory-based exhibitions.
