Rudolph Henkel is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Ursinus College, where he specializes in microeconomic theory and behavioral economics. He holds a B.S. and B.A. from the University of Maryland, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. His doctoral research focused on deviations from classical microeconomic assumptions.
Research Interests:
- Behavioral economics, particularly models of multiple sub-selves and their behavioral implications
- Game theory and strategic decision-making
- Formal decision theory frameworks
Teaching: Professor Henkel instructs undergraduate courses including Principles of Microeconomics, Intermediate Microeconomics, and Behavioral Economics.
