Rubén Esteban Llorente

Rubén Esteban Llorente is a Tenured Scientist at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and a DIPC Associate affiliated with the Donostia/San Sebastián research ecosystem. His work focuses on quantum plasmonics, bridging quantum optics and nanophotonics to study light-matter interactions at the nanoscale.

He is based at the Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC) in Spain and has been involved in four previous research stays since 2009. His expertise spans disciplines like condensed matter physics, surface plasmon polaritons, and quantum nanotechnology.
