Roz Morrison is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader at De Montfort University's School of Applied Social Sciences. She oversees the Community Justice Learning programmes leading to the Professional Qualification in Probation (PQiP) and the Master's Degree in Community and Criminal Justice Leadership. With over twenty years of leadership experience in the criminal justice sector, Roz joined DMU in 2016 and teaches undergraduate and master's level courses.

Roz's research focuses on probation, rehabilitation, equality and diversity, and criminal justice leadership. Her work addresses systemic challenges in community justice and professional development within the sector.
Her recent publications, including "Professional Curiosity: How do you know what you don’t know?" (2023), emphasize interdisciplinary approaches to criminal justice education, probation practice, and community-based rehabilitation strategies.
