Roxanne Parker is an Assistant Professor of Education at Lakeland University. She previously served as a teacher leader in the Appleton, Wis., School District for over a decade, where she led staff development initiatives, curriculum implementation, and family/community engagement. Her roles included curriculum support specialist and PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support) site coordinator, focusing on middle-level education reforms.
- Bachelor’s in Elementary Education (Grades 1-9) from Northland College
- Master’s in Education: Literacy & Language from Kaplan University
- Doctor of Education in Personalized and Competency-Based Instruction from Capella University
Her research interests emphasize curriculum design, teacher professional growth, and evidence-based educational practices.
