Roxane Tenta is an Associate Professor in Human Physiology at Harokopio University, specializing in the study of nutritional, pharmacological, and physiological factors affecting human cellular and systemic functions. She holds a PhD in Experimental Physiology and has conducted post-doctoral research in collaboration with institutions in Canada and France.
