Ross Abbinnett

Ross Abbinnett is a Senior Lecturer in Sociology at the Department of Social Policy, Sociology and Criminology, University of Birmingham. His research intersects recent continental philosophy (Levinas, Derrida, Baudrillard, Stiegler), German Idealism (Kant, Hegel), and Frankfurt School traditions, focusing on technology's societal impacts, media culture, happiness as a political category, and global ethics.
